on thursday I went to Eric Ayotte show. and I went there only because my best friend made the show. and voilá, I was so surprised. I really enjoyed the show and Eric is seriously nice man. so the second day we went for walk to Prague castle, Charles bridge, gardens and view. I had very good time and I took some photos.

well, I think it's time to start to write a notes about all food I eat during the day and count the calories, start to run, start to strengthen and start to going to the fitness regularly again to feel better and be thinner. 

so from tomorrow I'm going to post my diet list, recipes, movement, workouts (which I did or just a good videos that I find) and I'm also going to post my goals. because I can do it. because I want to do it.
