well, I think it's time to start to write a notes about all food I eat during the day and count the calories, start to run, start to strengthen and start to going to the fitness regularly again to feel better and be thinner.
so from tomorrow I'm going to post my diet list, recipes, movement, workouts (which I did or just a good videos that I find) and I'm also going to post my goals. because I can do it. because I want to do it.
